2012 started on a high for the Weyenberg Group with the signing of a mutually exclusive cooperation agreement with OVERSEAS PORT MANAGEMENT (S) PTE. LTD., Singapore. This Agreement which is effective today will formally combine synergic, complementary strengths of the two parties.

Weyenberg Group subsidiary WeyLease International Ltd. welcomes new corporate financiers as its shareholders. The formalization of this transaction is currently realized.  Details of the new venture and its structure will soon be announced.  

After the unilateral cancellation by Prysmian Kabel- und Systeme GmbH, Neustadt/Coburg, Germany, of all distributorship agreements with Weyenberg, ARISTONCAVI's proposal to Weyenberg of a formal co-operation was welcomed.
